The Relationship of Public Policy to Governance: An Empirical Discussion of Nepal Udaya Raj Adhikari Email: rajudaya98@gmail.com Abstract This paper points to what public policy process and governance mean. It is known that public policy processes are made to run the governing system and implantation of the policies are the signs of good governance. Here the issue is, whether public policy decides how the government will run or the government will decide how the policy would be best to run the system. Other than this, this paper also tries to focus on the effects of the relationship and the situation of the implementation of policies.
